Freight forwarders –Once the products are selected and packaged, AHCTGROUP forwards them to shipping companies for delivery. Different 3PLs work with other operators and choose the best combination of price and delivery speed for 3PL. It is also possible to partner with local carriers to provide LCL (LTL) transportation for local orders.

Emergency supplies –Using the 3PL service provided by AHCT GROUP enables your company to offer expedited shipping options to your customers because fulfilment centres send orders daily, more often than you would be able to provide if you processed them internally. We will negotiate discounts with local operators to provide faster delivery at manageable costs.

Shipment tracking/tracking– AHCT GROUP will also manage the tracking and tracking process. The customer will receive shipping information and easily track the order throughout the order fulfilment process.

Kitting – cost to combine certain skus in a specific fashion i.e. a curated mystery box

Value added services – cost for additional services that can include tasks like bagging t-shirts, building furniture that was shipped flat, stickering, packaging, and almost anything else that you are currently doing in house.

Reverse Logistics (Returns) -- AHCT GROUP not only provides shipping services, but can also provide reverse logistics to handle returns. 3PL May provide a return label for the customer to deliver the product to the carrier for return to the operations centre. When customers use 3PL services, they can customize their services to meet their business needs.
